Health Insurance & Financing

The Coleman Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery Center will be glad to assist you in meeting your health insurance requirements and any financing needs.

Health Insurance Options

The Coleman Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery Center participates with some health insurance plans that cover certain cosmetic, reconstructive and hand surgery procedures. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company. Our procedure coordinator will assist you in determining eligibility. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments, and remaining balances. Patients also have the option of paying office and surgical fees in advance and then receiving their insurance reimbursement check directly from their insurance company. Our practice accepts these major insurance plans:

  • Aetna
  • Anthem
  • Beech Street
  • Better Health
  • Cardinal
  • Cigna
  • First Health
  • Health Net
  • Magna Care
  • Medicaid
  • Medicare

If your plan is not listed, please call our office. Anesthesiology and pathology typically bill separately. It is the patient's responsibility to obtain insurance pre-certification from those medical services.

Financing Options

A number of medical insurance plans will cover cosmetic procedures, depending on the procedure to be performed and the medical necessity for it. Check with your insurance company to determine the procedures covered and your eligibility.

Our office will be glad to assist you with a financing program for elective medical procedures. Patients may be pre-approved for financing with a low-interest monthly payment plan. Our surgical coordinator will be pleased to provide you with further details.
