Sample of the many double-side, self-mailer postcards I designed and produced from concept thru completion at EndoGastric Solutions for the company and for our surgeon/medical center accounts.

• Created this sample for St. Elizabeth Medical Center, in Northern California, a TIS surgery center.
• The hospital mailed it to selected targets from its patient database inviting them to attend a free patient seminar on chronic GERD and the latest treatment options available for it, including EGS' incisionless TIF procedure.
• Mailing was so successful that the hospital had me produce two other similar postscards to mail to other patient prospects.
