Created Twitter 'template' pages to assist Thayer IP's surgeon/medical center accounts in building a presence on Twitter for its MANOS CTR procedure program for treating carpal tunnel syndrome.

• Owing to the FDA's scrutiny of medical device companies' use of social media sites like Twitter to build brand and procedure awareness, I worked very closely with Thayer's Clinical Affairs staff in designing/constructing their Twitter page templates. The medical device industry as a whole is still learning how to use social media effectively without violating the FDA's current regs governing the use of those web channels.
