| A.J. Zack, one of the company's four founders and its president and CEO, was a founder and president of Edge Diagnostic Systems, the leading developer of state-of-the-art PC-based diagnostic technologies for diagnosing computerized vehicle systems. Edge products were renowned for their engineering innovations and garnered seven back-to-back 'Tool of the Year' awards from MOTOR magazine. Snap-on Incorporated purchased Edge several years ago and has since integrated it into its other diagnostic product operations. Prior to Edge, Mr. Zack held senior management positions with Sun Electric Corporation and Allen Testproducts. |
| Moshe Gray, Ontool.com's executive vice president of engineering, held a similar position with Edge and is highly regarded in Silicon Valley for his software engineering genius. Prior to co-founding Edge, he was a founder of Daisy Systems, one of the early pioneers of CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) systems, used in designing computer components like integrated chips and motherboards. |
